Refund and Returns Policy
Refunds or replacements will be issued for damaged or defective products only, and only if customer notifies Misstoelina within 7 calendar days of customer’s receipt of the shipment containing the damaged or defective product(s). Delivery date indicated by carrier tracking record shall be considered customer’s date of receipt. Customer must provide photographs showing the damage/defect to be eligible for replacement or refund. Any customer who fails or refuses to provide photos evidencing damage/defect will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Return of damaged/defective product may or may not be required. Misstoelina will advise the customer requesting refund or replacement whether return of product is required. Returns are only accepted in cases when Misstoelina has advised customer that return is required and the cost of return shipping shall be at customer’s expense.
When return of damaged/defective product is not required, customer agrees to dispose of the damaged/defective product and shall do so in the manner required by local laws for the type of product being disposed as applicable to customer and/or the location where customer is disposing of the product(s). Customer shall not retain or resell the damaged/defective product.
Some products may indicate “All Sales Final.” No refunds or replacements shall be issued for products which indicate “All Sales Final.”
Refunds or replacements may take up to 30 days to process.
